1. Membership and Services

Creator Labs provides creative services, including but not limited to video editing, content strategy, and production collaboration. All memberships renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of your first month of membership. You must request the refund in writing (via email or through our contact form) during this window.

  • No refunds will be granted after this 14-day period.

  • No refunds will be granted if more than one video has been worked on or started.

  • If your membership has entered a subsequent month, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.

• Fees Deducted from Refunds:
  All refunds issued will have Stripe processing fees, admin fees, and any other applicable transaction costs deducted from the refund amount. These fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

• Refund Policy Changes:
  Creator Labs reserves the right to change or update the refund policy at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

• Disputes After Refunds:
  If a partial or full refund has been issued, you are strictly prohibited from filing a dispute or chargeback through Stripe or any financial platform. Doing so may result in account termination, denial of future service, and legal recourse.

• Cancellation Without Refund:
  You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds for subsequent months are not guaranteed. In some cases, at our sole discretion, if we believe a refund is fair or warranted, we may issue a refund for that month, but we are not obligated to do so.

3. Service Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or content provided.

• Reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the service without express written consent.

• Harass, abuse, or attempt to defraud the Creator Labs team.

Creator Labs reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Creator Labs during the course of your membership is licensed to you for use, but Creator Labs retains rights to showcase or reference work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Labs and its employees, agents, or contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time, including these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creator Labs operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
